The final report presents the results of the action "Developing support for monitoring and reporting of GHG emissions and removals from land use, land use change and forestry".

The report reviews the EU inventory system QA/QC which is currently employed at a national level by member states. The report focuses on the countries Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, Poland and Spain since the organizations from these countries implemented the action.
Furthermore, the report propose solutions and methodologies on how to improve the current LULUCF methodology and regulations.
